Clinic Policies
AppointmentsWe operate primarily by appointment to allow plenty of time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures. However, emergency cases will receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable.
Please note that we make every effort to see each patient/client on time and ask each client to be on time for their appointment. If more than 10 minutes late for any appointment, we may ask that you reschedule. We require 24 hour advance notice of appointment cancellation or rescheduling. |
Patient Arrival |
All dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the lobby or exam rooms. We highly recommend cats be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
This is for your protection and that of others. We offer drop-off appointments for your convenience. What that means: You would bring your pet between 7:30-8:30 a.m. (by appointment) and he/she would remain at the clinic for a few hours. You will speak with one of our technicians to discuss the reason for that day's visit and other pertinent information. The doctor will then examine the patient in between appointments or at the time reserved for admitted patients. Once the doctor is done, they will give you a call to go over the diagnosis and to give you discharge instructions. When you arrive to pick up your "fur-baby", the technician or doctor will go over any further questions that you may have, medication directions, at-home care, etc. For the safety of all animals in our care we require that all vaccinations be up to date. |
Payment |
We do not offer any in-house financing. Payment in full, is due at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Care Credit, cash, personal checks and Scratchpay.
