The well-being of our staff, clients, and community continues to remain a top priority for us at Heartland Veterinary Clinic. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we worked to continue to provide the necessary care to our patients.
We wanted to provide you with an update as guidelines begin to ease and we look forward to welcoming you back for the everyday care you need for your pets! We are happy to announce, we are now seeing patients for routine wellness visits, dental exams, surgeries and other procedures. If you have been waiting to schedule your pet’s wellness exam, elective procedure or any other type of appointment, please give us a call. We are now scheduling all services.
For the safety of our clients, patients and staff, we will continue to follow the following safety protocols:
• Curbside Service: We will continue to offer curbside service for check-ins, drop-offs and medication and food pick-ups, and we ask all clients to please stay in their vehicle upon arrival and give us a call at Heartland Veterinary Clinic. A staff member will assist you with instructions.
• Masks for All: Our staff will continue to wear a face masks for your safety and the safety of their colleagues.

Monday through Wednesday: 7:30AM – 5:00PM
Thursday: 7:30AM – 7:00PM
Friday: 7:30AM – 5:00PM
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
Please call us at (540) 208-5415 to discuss your pet’s needs or to schedule an appointment at Heartland Veterinary Clinic. You may also request an appointment online and we will respond to your request within 24-48 hours.
If you, or a family member you have come into contact with, are ill or experiencing any of the following symptoms: coughing, fever, or respiratory issues, we ask you to please either have someone else bring in your pet for care or call our office to reschedule for a later date.
